Role Description
We're looking for a strong marketer with real-world experience who can jump in quickly, manage multiple brands simultaneously, make sound decisions, and keep meaningful work moving forward. This is not an entry-level role, and it is not for someone who needs extensive oversight.
This person will report directly to our Chief Marketing Officer and will play an important role in serving a growing ecosystem of mission-driven client brands, our professional speaking and thought leadership engagements, our podcast brands, and Howdy Homemade Ice Cream. What You'll Be Doing
• Manage multiple brands across client and internal marketing initiatives • Help bring clarity, consistency, and momentum to each brand's messaging and execution • Translate strategy into concrete action steps, campaigns, and deliverables • Lead day-to-day brand management across content, timelines, priorities, and creative direction • Write and refine messaging for websites, email campaigns, social media, presentations, and marketing materials • Collaborate closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and other team members to move projects forward with excellence • Keep multiple workstreams organized without needing constant oversight • Coordinate with designers, video editors, contractors, partners, and stakeholders across a range of projects • Protect and strengthen the voice and positioning of each brand you touch • Help identify gaps, solve problems, and push work forward proactively
Core Qualifications
• 5-7+ years of brand or integrated marketing experience across digital and print channels • Demonstrated experience managing multiple brands or accounts simultaneously • Proficiency with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar), including segmentation and automation • Hands-on experience with paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google) and performance tracking • Familiarity with CRM tools and customer lifecycle strategy
