Join our Heart Ridge team whose mission is to spread the gospel through hospitality and to provide people a time and place to encounter God. Working at Heart Ridge is a great way to spend time discerning, or studying, or just a way to immerse yourself into our mission. This job does require good health and stamina as there are steep hills and stairs. These are the duties of the Facilities Cleaning Associate: Assist the Caretaker with Cleaning. These tasks will involve: Turning over the rooms when guests leave to get ready for the new guests. (This includes vacuuming and dusting rooms, cleaning bathrooms, and washing and replacing linens.) Keeping common spaces clean. Other general quarterly/monthly cleaning tasks. Keep the immediate area outside of the lodgings tidy, like sidewalks and porches. Other duties can be added to gain more hours of work including: assisting with meal prep, cooking and serving, helping with retreats, sacristan, gardener, or any other gifts that you want to contribute to the betterment of Heart Ridge. There is a possibility of living on the property.
