The Legacy of Life Foundation is a pro-life, faith-based nonprofit rooted in Catholic theology that provides life-affirming care and support. Our Parenting Program Coordinator coordinates and plans parenting programs, manages resources, drives client program participation, and ensures accurate record-keeping.
Position Details: -Salary: $50,000.00 annually -Hours: Mon-Fri 8:55 am - 5:00 pm, Some Evenings & Weekends -Work Location: Rotates between Bristol, Warminster & Philadelphia, PA
In this role, you will: -Coordinate and plan parenting programs and activities -Manage program resources including procurement of materials, management of program supplies and program volunteers -Drive growth in client participation through consistent outreach, follow-up, and program engagement strategies -Ensure that women who chose life receive and complete family services assessment -Record client interactions accurately
Ideal Candidates: -Are passionate about creating transformative programming for mothers and children -Are personable and can engage with clients, creating a warm and inviting environment -Are professional and able to maintain personal boundaries -Are organized and able to create structure within their work -Have 2+ years of experience in program coordination -Bilingual (Spanish), preferred but not required -Thrive in mission-driven environments -Can obtain the necessary background checks and clearances required
