The Youth Ministry and Faith Formation Coordinator is a member of the Faith Formation and Pastoral Ministry Team. Together with staff, he/she executes, plans and teaches programming for Adults and Grades 5-12. The Adult programming is for the various age groups of the parishioners and the role organizes and hosts meaningful programs and discussion about the faith. The Youth programming is for all ages and includes Confirmation Preparation as a part of life-long faith formation geared toward becoming an active disciple. In all of our dynamic programs, we teach engagement, service, discipleship, worship, and hospitality. An added component is to establish, connect and build a program geared towards the Spanish-speaking community and the further concentration and development of programming for faith formation among the children. Faith Formation programming is typically held in the late afternoon/evenings and on Sunday, flexibility for programming and parish events is a must.

Qualifications/Skills:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs and Google platforms is essential;
Knowledge of various data and mail-merge programs for communication.

Education and/or Experience:
Attention to detail, efficiency, flexibility, accuracy and organization is required;
Experience working at a parish is a plus, though not necessary;
Salary commensurate with experience;
Full and part time positions available.
