Confirmation Responsible for the development and implementation of the parish's Confirmation program. Direct all Confirmation initiatives in collaboration with the pastor and parochial vicar. Youth Ministry Perform a wide variety of activities to direct and coordinate a strong faith-filled formation program for the parish and school. Provide a well-balanced program for youth that helps them to develop a closer relationship to God, Jesus Christ, and the Church and integrates their families further into the Parish community. Help youth mature in Christ and discover their personal gifts and abilities with which God has blessed them and how they can be used within the community. Guide the youth in discerning how they are being called to live out the faith outside the Parish.
