J.P. McKeone Insurance Agency, a Catholic business located in the Ann Arbor/Dixboro area, is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team.
This hourly position includes responsibilities such as answering phones, assisting clients, resolving customer service matters, communicating with customers, and maintaining our client database.
The ideal candidate will have: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in basic math calculations • Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to prioritize tasks • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook • A proactive approach to problem solving • Willingness and ability to learn about insurance products and our customer relationship management software • A high school diploma (or equivalent) is required. • Prior customer service experience is preferred. • Basic Spanish communication skills are helpful but not required.
