We are seeking a Program Director to oversee, manage, and develop the Genesis portfolio of retreat programming. The ideal candidate will possess:
In-depth spiritual knowledge, insight and experience
Strong commitment to promoting the well-being of others
Skilled in offering spiritual nourishment and fostering awareness
Proven experience in designing, managing, and implementing diverse programs
Training in spiritual guidance or a willingness to pursue further training
Background and experience with diverse spiritual traditions, demonstrating: Respect for multiple spiritual paths, Interfaith dialogue and understanding, and an ability to create inclusive programming
Expertise in holistic spirituality, including: Care for Creation (Eco-spirituality), Contemplative living practices, Christian living principles, and Whole-person wellness spiritualities and approaches (mind-body-spirit integration)
Strong grounding in Roman Catholic faith
The role involves bringing the center's mission and vision to fruition through retreat programming management.
A graduate degree in theology, such as a Master of Divinity, contemporary spirituality, religious studies, pastoral ministry, or equivalent, is preferred.
