Salary Range: $49,800 - $85,000
Position Summary
The Elementary Teacher plans, organizes, and implements an engaging instructional program within a Catholic learning environment where every child is recognized as a unique child of God.
Essential Functions
Develop and implement lesson plans with clear instructional objectives aligned with Archdiocesan guidelines Provide grade-appropriate, engaging instruction and learning activities that support the school's philosophy, goals, and objectives Observe, assess, and document student academic and behavioral progress Maintain clear and ongoing communication with parents regarding student growth and development Attend and actively participate in faculty meetings, professional development days, and required workshops
Position Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Education, Current MSDE certification or the ability to obtain required certification Understanding of and commitment to Catholic school philosophy, goals, and objectives Knowledge of-or willingness to learn about-the integration of technology into instruction
