St. Athanasius School is seeking a Principal, beginning in the 2026-2027 school year, who brings strong Catholic leadership and a deep commitment to student success. The Principal will lead a collaborative school community focused on faith formation, academic achievement, and the ongoing development and support of teachers in service of the school's mission.
Key Responsibilities: The Principal serves as the spiritual, instructional, and administrative leader of the school. This individual is responsible for nurturing Catholic identity, ensuring academic excellence, supporting faculty and staff, partnering with parents and cultivating a welcoming and mission-driven school culture.
Qualifications: Practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church Master's degree Possess or working towards an Administration Certificate Successful teaching experience; administrative experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Passion for children and education Salary Range is $69,000 to $79,000 and open to negotiation
