Our Consulting Solutions division has a full-time opening for a highly skilled Senior Account Consultant. This position is responsible for procedures and systems necessary to maintain proper financial records and adequate accounting controls and services, includes preparing financial analyses; preparing accurate and timely interim and annual financial statements. Serve in management capacity in client's finance office in positions titled Controller, Director of Finance and/or CFO.

Duties:
Develop and maintain internal control guidelines, policies and procedures for budgets, accounting, cash and financial administration and other related activities.
Maintain general ledgers through preparation of monthly journal entries.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements
Establish and maintain financial controls within the accounting department.
Prepare and present financial reports
Participate in the budget process
Provide support to management in financial matters
Create reports that assist client leadership complete their financial responsibilities
Supervise the accounting office staff
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance or related field; Proven work experience in accounting or a related field; minimum five years. Evidence of progressive work related responsibilities and/or promotions; Understand applicable laws and regulations. Understand economic principles and financial markets; Understand financial data, analysis and reporting. Skills:
Ability to deliver quality work on tight deadlines, with strong organization and priority setting skills. Proven experience in financial project management Advanced computer skills, specifically in Excel and QuickBooks Must be able to communicate financial information into business language so people of all levels can understand. Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality in all client related and CBS/Consulting matters. Willingness to learn terminology related to religious institutes and the Catholic Church Physical Requirements:
Able to sit at workstation/desk for long periods of time; Travel to client sites required Occasional overnight stays is preferred.
