Position Overview Reporting directly to the U.S. Account Manager and our CEO in the Holy Land, the successful candidate will play a key role in both sales and client service operations. You will serve as the main point of contact for customers and clergy throughout the booking and pilgrimage process.
Key Responsibilities • Promote and sell pilgrimage packages to Catholic groups, parishes, and individual pilgrims. • Manage the full sales cycle: from initial inquiry to booking, documentation, and post-trip follow-up. • Respond promptly to customer calls and emails with professionalism and pastoral sensitivity. • Track and process payments; maintain accurate booking and accounting records. • Organize and manage client files, communications, and itineraries. • Represent L.P. Pilgrimages at Catholic events and exhibitions in the U.S. • Support the mission of LPP by building strong relationships with parishes and church leaders.
