What You'll Do
As our work with pastors and lay leaders expands, we need a key player to drive and create content and communications efforts. Through storytelling, creativity, and active project management skills, this role will accelerate the growth of our mission. Primary duties will include but are not limited to:
Writing and Storytelling: Create impactful written content for internal and external audiences Communications Management: Manage and produce movement communications aimed at inspiring and challenging our pastors and Parish Leadership Team members Media Production: Produce micro-learning videos, webinars, podcasts, promotional videos, parish resources, etc. in collaboration with the coaching and growth teams to support the AP mission Partner Management: Where applicable, manage project work with various contractors (videographers, photographers, graphic designers, etc.)
What You'll Need
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage several projects and priorities simultaneously Advanced proficiency in G Suite products, basic design platforms, social media platforms, etc. Ability to travel for onsite filming and events Basic knowledge of graphic design and videography A heart for the mission of the Church
Compensation
Salary is commensurate with experience with a target range of $75,000-$90,000 Full benefit package including health, dental, vision, IRA retirement plan, life insurance, sick leave, maternity/paternity leave, paid vacation and holidays
