    A Philanthropic Project Manager at Catholic Charities:

    Salary: $65,000-$75,000

    Provides support to Donor Relations Management with tasks such as gift processing, thank you calls for $1000 + donors and handwritten thank you cards to top tier donors (Easter and Christmas).
    Manages a portfolio of low-mid tier donors.
    Coordinates agency action items for Colorado Gives Day, to include collaboration with marketing on collateral and deliverables, internal communication, donor communications, and reporting.
    Monitor a large portfolio of low-mid tier donors and sends basic communications to drive engagement, support and continued giving.
    Work with Marketing and Development team to create monthly newsletter highlighting happenings within the agency.
    Identify donors ready for major gift management and work with team to create action plan.
    Manage special projects with Development team to further engage donor community (room plagues).
    Maintains and grows the recurring giving club through standard communication and acquisition campaigns.
    Manages Prayer Society account and coordinate with key agency leads.
    Keeps detailed and timely records of communication and interactions with donors.
    Communicates regularly with donors to maintain relationship, answer questions, inform on upcoming events, etc.
    Executes action items that result from donor contact.
    Corresponds appropriately with major donors to acknowledge donations.

    Shift is Full Time

    403b Retirement Plan with Agency contribution of 4% & match up to 2% of annual compensation.
    Choice of 3 PPO Medical Plans (90% of employee's and 75% of dependent's premiums is paid by Agency), Dental, & Vision starting the 1st day of the month following start date.
    May be eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness through Federal Student Loans and many more benefits.
    **Part-time employees (20-29 hours per week) also receive paid annual leave, company paid holidays, and 403b retirement plan with agency contribution and match.
