Middle School Math Teacher (Grades 6-8) 2026-2027 School Year
St. Joseph School is seeking a passionate, dedicated, and organized Middle School Math Teacher to join our outstanding faculty for the 2026-2027 school year.
We are looking for an educator who is committed to academic excellence, creating positive relationships with students, and providing an engaging classroom environment where every child is encouraged to succeed.
Teaching Responsibilities Include: Grade 6 Math Grade 7 Math Grade 7 Accelerated Math Grade 8 Math Algebra I Regents
Qualified Candidates Will: Hold appropriate New York State teaching certification (or be eligible for certification). Demonstrate strong knowledge of middle school mathematics and Algebra I Regents curriculum. Create engaging, student-centered lessons that promote critical thinking and problem-solving. Maintain a well-organized classroom with effective classroom management practices. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. Support and uphold the values and mission of Catholic education.
