    Description

    About Helena House Therapy

Helena House Therapy is a faith-integrated, trauma-informed virtual therapy practice serving Catholics navigating life's most painful and complex seasons. We specialize in trauma, depression, anxiety, perinatal mental health, pregnancy loss, scrupulosity, and couples therapy - meeting each person with compassion, clinical excellence, and deep respect for the whole person: mind, body, and soul.

Rooted in Catholic values and a sacramental view of human dignity, we accompany clients toward healing, mercy, and freedom - restoring trust in their own goodness, in others, and in God.

    Join Our Mission
Are you a passionate, faith-formed therapist looking to make a real impact? Ready to be part of a mission-driven practice where your skills, values, and clinical gifts are genuinely valued and celebrated?

    Our Vision
To become a refuge where Catholics encounter healing, mercy, and freedom - restoring trust in their own goodness, in others, and in God through trauma-informed, relationship-centered care.

    Our Core Values
Mercy - We believe no person is defined by their wounds, failures, trauma, or sins. Every client is met with compassion, dignity, and hope.
Human Dignity - Every person possesses inherent worth and goodness, regardless of what they have experienced or how they currently see themselves.
Relationship - People are created for relationship, wounded in relationship, and healed in relationship. Authentic connection is central to lasting change.
Clinical Excellence - We provide evidence-based, trauma-informed therapy while honoring the whole person - mind, body, and soul.
Hope - No story is beyond redemption. Growth, healing, and restoration remain possible even in the deepest suffering.
