Holy Child Academy of Old Westbury is seeking a dependable and enthusiastic Grade 5 Leave Replacement Teacher for an approximately one-month assignment (May 4 - June 11). This position requires a motivated educator who can maintain instructional continuity, foster a positive classroom environment, and support student learning across core subject areas.
Responsibilities Implement daily lesson plans in core academic subjects Maintain a structured, engaging, and respectful classroom environment Support students' academic progress and social-emotional development Communicate effectively with school administration and colleagues Follow all school policies, procedures, and curriculum guidelines
