Financial & Accounting Duties Record, categorize, and reconcile all financial transactions for All Souls Catholic School including tuition management in Facts. Process accounts payable, reimbursements, and approved expenses for three departments through ParishSoft accounting programs. Manage income tracking, tuition payments, grants, and designated funds. Assist with annual budgeting and ongoing monitoring.
Administrative & Ministry Support Maintain organized digital and physical financial records Collaborate with department leaders to ensure expenses align with approved budgets. Maintain accurate and confidential donor contribution and tuition records.
Preferred Qualifications Degree in Accounting or similar courses of study. 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting in a church, preschool, or a non-profit organization. Proficiency with accounting software (Facts and ParishSoft) Strong attention to detail combined with strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts efficiently. Positive attitude and team player mindset High level of integrity, confidentiality, and reliability Preferred Experience with church, nonprofit, or school financial operations Experience with donor management or church management systems
