St. Mary of the Lakes Catholic Church in Medford, a growing community is seeking one Full Time Maintenance/Custodian for the church.

The qualified candidate will be responsible for specific daily cleaning duties, knowledge of building systems, opening/locking buildings, and general security. Ensure that the facilities are fully operational, safe, clean, and neat. Set up and break down for ministry and social activities. Perform ongoing repairs for the buildings such as light electrical, light plumbing and painting. Ability to safely use common power and hand tools to do simple repairs (doors/windows/gutters).

The candidate must have effective communication skills and be a self-starter with good time management. The Maintenance/Custodian will function as the contact for outside contractors and inspectors coming onto the property or into the building.

The Maintenance/Custodian will report to the Facilities Manager. Hours are 7:30am-4:00pm. Benefits and salary commensurate with experience. Schedule will include some overtime and potential work on holidays.
