We're seeking a great candidate who loves young people & loves the Church! The candidate should be a joyful Catholic who can authentically transmit the faith both in word and lifestyle. The ability to speak Spanish, musical gifts, and social media knowledge are all pluses!
Position responsibilities include leading an active Middle School Youth Ministry, supporting the High School Youth Ministry, coordinating Social Media engagement, and seeking ways to increase Hispanic outreach. The ADYM is also integral to the planning and execution of Confirmation Retreats, Summer Middle School Mission, and College & Teen Bible Studies.
The ADYM will work in collaboration with a team, including the Director, a Program Coordinator, a Special Projects Coordinator, a Missionary, and an active volunteer Core Team to fulfill our mission of bringing teens closer to Christ and into active participation in the Church.
Minimum qualifications include experience in Youth Ministry, knowledge of Church teaching, an active prayer and sacramental life, computer & web literacy, organizational and communication skills.
