    Description

    St Ambrose Catholic School in Deerfield Beach is seeking a welcoming, organized, and mission-driven full-time Registrar to join our school community for the 2026-27 academic year. This is a year-round position that plays a vital role in supporting school operations, enrollment, and family engagement. St. Ambrose Catholic School offers a collaborative and faith-centered work environment, meaningful work supporting students and families, and competitive compensation commensurate with experience.
    The candidate performs duties and responsibilities in alignment with the mission, vision, and values of the Archdiocese of Miami.

    Primary Responsibilities include:
    • Manage student registration, enrollment, and record-keeping in compliance with school and diocesan policies.
    • Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for parents, visitors, and prospective families.
    • Assist with school marketing efforts, including enrollment outreach, tours, and promotional materials.
    • Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Principal.
    • Maintain confidential student and family information.
    • Support communication with families and staff as needed.
    • Assist with special projects and general office operations.

    Qualifications:
    • High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
    • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Professional, friendly, and hospitable demeanor.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
    • Proficiency in basic computer applications and school database systems.
    • Experience in an office, school, or administrative setting preferred.
    • Commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education.
