This leadership role is essential to ensuring financial stability, operational excellence, and strong communication between parish leadership, families, the Richmond Diocese, and external partners. Requirements Key Responsibilities: • Manage all financial accounts, budgeting, and payroll processes • Oversee accounts receivable/payable and prepare regular financial reports • Ensure compliance with diocesan and regulatory policies, including audits • Maintain personnel records, process payroll, and assist with onboarding • Supervise office staff and support day-to-day operations Qualifications: • Minimum of Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • 3-5 years of financial/administrative experience (non-profit or church setting preferred) • Proficiency with financial software, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office • Excellent communication, organization, and confidentiality skills • Commitment to the mission of the Roman Catholic Church This is a full-time, 12-month position with regular office hours and occasional evening meetings.
