SPIRITUS Ministries is hiring Catholic young adults to join our missionary team and lead youth into a deeper relationship with Jesus. Two of these missionaries will also serve as a SUMMIT Discipleship intern. From mid-August to mid-May, missionaries lead powerful retreats for Catholic youth in elementary, middle, and high school. While gaining practical experience, missionaries also live intentionally in men's or women's households, growing in virtue and community.

We want to invest in you! As an intern, you have the support of mentorship with our Director of Discipleship while learning to:
Plan, prepare, and execute weekly SUMMIT Discipleship nights with excellence
Bring teens into relationship with Jesus through engaging talks and activities, and by leading exemplary discipleship-focused small group discussion
Attending events at local parishes and schools to build relationships with local teens and invite them to weekly discipleship groups at the Mount Tabor Center
Create and implement social media and event advertising to further the discipleship programs
