Job Summary:
We are seeking a Front Desk Coordinator who shares our values of compassion, positivity, and service. This role is the heart of our office and the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate is warm and engaging, highly organized, dependable, and committed to providing an excellent client experience.
As our Front Desk Coordinator, you will support the smooth daily operation of the clinic by managing scheduling, patient communication, and administrative tasks with accuracy and care. You play a key role in setting a calm, professional, and welcoming tone for each patient's visit while supporting the overall flow of the office.

Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist clients with a warm, welcoming, and professional demeanor
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and communicate clearly and compassionately
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments for the chiropractor and nutrition therapist
• Manage client check-in and check-out processes efficiently and accurately
• Collect, update, and document client information according to clinic protocols, ensuring confidentiality
• Handle payments and associated tasks as needed
• Maintain organized, accurate client records
• Follow established office procedures to support daily operations and on-time appointments
• Use checklists and systems to support consistency and excellence at the front desk
• Maintain a clean, calm, and organized office in conjunction with other team members
• Assist with general administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, organizing materials, and office coordination
• Work closely with the off-site office manager to communicate updates and needs
• Uphold a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times
• Contribute to a joyful, respectful, team-oriented, and faith-centered workplace culture

Qualifications:
• Previous front desk, customer service, or healthcare experience is a plus but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, compassionate, and service-oriented mindset
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
• Comfortable using computers, scheduling systems, and basic office software
• Ability to work independently while also supporting a team

Position Details:
• Job Type: Part-time
• Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday (hours vary; no weekends)
o Some Wednesdays with advanced notice
o Up to 30 hours per week
• Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour, with opportunity for increases
