Epiphany of the Lord Parish in Sun Prairie Wisconsin is seeking a Director of Operations. The Director of Operations is a full-time senior staff position who reports directly to the Pastor and is responsible for overseeing the day to day administrative, operational, human resource and financial functions of the parish. Candidates must be practicing Catholics who hold at least a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and 5 years managerial/supervisory experience or have appropriate equivalent work experience. Proven experience using interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills in operations, finance, administration and project management are required.
Key responsibilities include: managing financial operations and budgeting; supervising administrative, operational, and maintenance staff; collaborating with senior leadership to implement initiatives related to building and development activities; supporting development efforts; coordinating human resource functions with diocesan personnel; ensuring compliance with diocesan policies, legal regulations; and risk management best practices.
