Position Overview As a Claims Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting our Property and Casualty claims process. You'll handle incoming claims information, post payments, and assist with documentation and communication efforts. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with details, collaborating across departments, and contributing to a smooth and efficient operation.
Key Responsibilities • Process claims information received from clients, claimants, and Service Offices • Post claim payments using our claims system and maintain detailed account records • Support documentation and communication efforts related to the claims process • Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent and efficient workflows • Follow established procedures and guidelines to maintain high-quality service
Qualifications • High school diploma required • Minimum of two years' experience in a clerical or administrative role, experience with claims preferred • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
