    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
    * Provide support to the customers, team, manager, and company that reflect the core values and mission of the company.
    * Serve customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
    * Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
    * Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
    * Participate in daily stand up meetings with the team.
    * Fully understand the workflow and the operation of the phone software.
    * Hold him/herself and others accountable
    * Communicate effectively with both internal and external customers in English
    * Cross train in live chat, phones, and back office tasks
    * Engages with customers via a company's email software to answer customer questions and resolve issues.
    * Maintain accurate customer records by updating account information.
    * Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
    * Fully understand the workflow and the operation of each agent function.
    * Have technical skills in multiple applications such as communication, spreadsheets, and collaboration platforms

    Knowledge/Critical Skills:
    * Touch Typing/data entry with accuracy and completeness
    * Extreme multitasking skills
    * Communication skills both written and spoken English
    * Ability to have empathy while using available resources
    * Industry knowledge
    * Strong decision making
    * Positive attitude
