Villa Maria Academy is looking for a 5th grade teacher who is organized and and has an understanding of the 5th grade level of instruction; who is ready to motivate young girls to explore new levels of learning in all curriculum areas. Class/homeroom for the coming year is 17 girls with one teacher prep period each day. The teacher will experience the support of a grade partner who is willing to adjust her instruction with the incoming teacher according to preferences. Salary is commensurate to years of experience beginning at $40,000. Though some experience is desirable applications of beginning teachers will be entertained based on student teaching and recommendations.
