    Description

    Our Lady of Hope is hiring a part-time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to work in the Parish Office 17-19 hours per week. He or she will serve as "the face" of the parish. Duties include but are not limited to: answering phones, welcoming guests, registering new parishioners, updating the parish database, and scheduling baptisms, weddings and Mass intentions. He or she must be a practicing Catholic faithful to the Magisterium, have a cheerful disposition, and be a team player. The job requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media.
