Holy Name Catholic School has been a mainstay in Sheridan since the early 1900's, educating Sheridan's youth and spreading Catholic values near and far. The school has a current enrollment of 60-70 children guided by 8 teachers along with other support staff. The school teaches children from Pre-K through 6th grade. The current principal is retiring and the school is looking for a dynamic individual to shape its future.

• Develop curriculum to meet the needs of every student.

• Foster strong pupil-parent services.

• Create a professional learning community.

• Ensure appropriate personnel management.

• Collaborate with the Board and Committees.

• Develop satisfactory parent and community relations.

• Oversee stewardship in resource management.

• Ensure proper budget and fiscal oversight.

• Drive continued advancement of the school.

• Oversee proper office management.

Requirements:
• Master's Degree in education administration (current license required or study plan)
• Practicing Catholic in good standing with the Catholic Church
• 3-5 years teaching experience
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Knowledge of professional development for staff
• Previous administrative experience preferred
