St. Mary's Springs Academy, sponsored by the Archdiocese of Milwaukee and located in Fond du Lac, WI, seeks a full time high school Science teacher for the 2023-24 academic year. It is an exciting time of growth and development at "the Springs" where a rich tradition of Catholic education has served the holistic development of young people for the past 114 years!
Preference is for an experienced teacher who is licensed as an instructor for Science in the State of Wisconsin. Candidate must possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree with a major (or minor) in science or related program. Master's degree in science is a plus.
Person must be certified or in the process of becoming a licensed instructor for HS Science/biology in the state of Wisconsin. The successful candidate is a team player, flexible, collaborates with colleagues, sets high standards for self and students, successfully integrates technology into daily teaching practices and differentiates instruction and assessment. The teacher must have excellent communication skills and the knowledge and skills necessary to enable each student to master Science as outlined in the next generation standards. Three years teaching experience in natural sciences and practicing Catholic is preferred.
