Director of Parish Operations

Most Blessed Sacrament parish is seeking a passionate missionary disciple with a gift for leadership and administration to help us build on the momentum we've established and help us develop the processes and policies and direct our parish resources to support our mission as a full time Director of Parish Operations.

The Director of Parish Business Operations is a leadership role in support of the pastor's responsibilities to the parish. This leader is a steward of the Physical, Financial, and Human Resources of the parish. The ideal candidate is a passionate missionary disciple with a gift for leadership and administration who is open to the movement of the Holy Spirit.

Responsibilities include: Directing the financial and physical properties of the parish. Preparing and administering annual and monthly budget process in collaboration with Pastor and Finance Council. Collaborating further with the Pastor and Discipleship and Evangelization Director in development and implementation of personnel policies for parish employees. Coordinating maintenance, technology and security of buildings and grounds.

The Director reports directly to pastor or parish director. The Director provides leadership insight and foresight as an advisor to the Discipleship and Evangelization, Liturgy and Encounter, and Parish Outreach teams through their respective Team Leads, and manages the staff in the Mission Support Team as the direct Team Lead. This full time position reports to the Pastor.

A bachelor's degree or equivalent field experience is preferred. Knowledge of and commitment to the teachings of the Roman Catholic Church, excellent organizational and communication skills, and an openness to the Holy Spirit are essential.
