Administrator for Faith Formation

The linked parishes of St. Luke Catholic Church in Plain, WI and St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Spring Green, Wisconsin (909 households combined) are seeking a full-time Administrator of Faith Formation. This is a salaried exempt, full-time (40 hours a week, 52 weeks per year) position eligible for medical and retirement benefits. This position reports directly to the Pastor.

Applicants must be confirmed, practicing Catholics who have good people skills and are faithful to the Church and her teachings.

Candidates should demonstrate success in:

Administration - Supporting pastor and staff in administrative matters, such as correspondence and records management.
Assisting the pastor in administering the Family Faith Formation program.
Assisting the pastor in providing leadership and coordinating youth programs, adult faith formation, and Senior Citizen events by educating, designing, planning and implementing age-appropriate activities that promote community through fellowship, fun and faith development.
Being an intentional, proactive disciple, pulling in prospective members and
growing participation.

Qualifications:
BS/BA degree in Religious Studies, Theology, or related field preferred.
Possess comprehensive knowledge of the Catholic faith.
Proficient communication and office skills.
Ability to work in collaboration with parish staff, school principals, and diocesan leadership.
Already has or is willing to work towards continuing formation.
Skilled in leading and motivating volunteers.
