Saint Jerome Catholic Church and School in Columbus, WI, a parish of 425 families, seeks a full-time Business Administrator.
Under the direction of the parish Priest, the business administrator is responsible for the accounting and administrative functions of the Parish. This includes, but is not limited to, maintaining accurate accounting and financial records, reporting financial information to the Pastor and Parish Finance Council, managing the administrative and facilities support staff, and overseeing the general maintenance of buildings and grounds.
They are an effective leader who has strong organizational and management skills, excellent attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to resolve problems quickly and effectively, and displays a high degree of integrity and character.
The ideal candidate is one who at a minimum has an Associate's degree in accounting or finance and three to five years of accounting, budgeting, and management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
