Headmaster

The Headmaster of Chesterton Academy of St. Michael (CASM) will serve as the educational leader, responsible for managing the policies, regulations, and procedures to ensure that all students are supervised in a safe, learning environment that adheres to our Catholic identity and meets the approved curricula and mission of the school. The Headmaster is responsible for the curriculum, instructional leadership of the school, hiring and supervision of instructional personnel, student life, discipline and related parent communication.

The Headmaster must be practicing Roman Catholic, possess the minimum of a Master's Degree in Administration or related field, and demonstrate a commitment to Catholic secondary education. Salary is very competitive and commensurate with experience.

CASM is the first Classical High School in the Catholic tradition to open in the Seattle area and require daily mass. The Headmaster is the face of the school and with the entire Chesterton Academy Network's support, will truly be a pioneer for authentic Classical Catholic education. The CASM Board is ready to provide the support needed for the Headmaster to achieve and live out CASM's mission. CASM will open in the fall of 2023 with freshman and sophomore classes. Together with parents, we will form saints!
