St. Catherine Parish, Seattle, is hiring a full time Parish Bookkeeper to provide bookkeeping services for the parish and school. The bookkeeper maintains accounts payable, banking statements, check requests, deposits, payroll, annual budget, etc. Applicant must have a minimum of three (3) years of bookkeeping experience and knowledge of QuickBooks would be a plus. They will need to have exceptional organizational skills, knowledge and competency of Excel, Word, and Outlook, and familiarity of payroll/HR functions is desired.
