This position is responsible for managing the programmatic and logistic functions of the Office of Resettlement Services (ORS). This position is also responsible for, in conjunction with staff across segments, identifying trends within grant compliance data and reporting program outcomes to federal funders for the Reception and Placement (R&P), Matching Grant (MG), and Preferred Communities (PC) programs. Promotes and implements the bishops' strategic plan for the Conference and demonstrates shared qualities of effectiveness in all work interactions. Demonstrates willingness and ability to understand, respect and contribute to the USCCB mission and to fulfill job duties in accordance with its Catholic identity.
Education Level: Bachelor's degree or combination of college level course work and related experience.
Major Field/Specialty: Program and/or Project Administration, Business Systems, Administrative Services Coordination
Other Specialized Training: (i.e., word processing, personal computer, knowledge of Catholic Church, etc.)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Power Point, Adobe Connect, Cvent, Qualtrics, database software, etc.
Knowledge of office practices
