The Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception is now accepting applications for a permanent, full time (35 hours per week), Donor Relations Manager (DRM). The DRM is a customer service and managerial position, working under the Director of Development. The DRM serves as the department point-of-contact for donors corresponding with the Shrine via phone and email. In addition to managing part-time Donor Associates, the DRM will assist in planning digital media marketing campaigns and annual fundraising initiatives. Suggested Education, Skills, and Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree • 1-3 years of experience in development, customer service, or non-profit work • Verbal and written communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Ability to manage part-time schedules amid changing workflow • Familiarity or willingness to learn multiple databases (Data Management Inc., Blackbaud Luminate) • Attention to detail • Strong multi-tasking skills • Affinity to the mission of the National Shrine
