National Catholic organization seeks highly organized and creative managers to direct administration, promotion, and communication activities for multiple national fundraising campaigns.
Principal tasks include detailed daily revenue receipt review; implementation of stakeholder engagement plans; management of eight individual collection campaigns; implementation of strategies to expand sources of revenue within organizational constraints; preparation and monitoring of multiple budgets; and management of two staff and various contractors & vendors. The assistant director is also a vital member of the NC management team and a trusted advisor to the executive director.
A master's degree or combination of a bachelor's degree and equivalent work experience is required, together with 5-6 years of management experience and related experience in fundraising, communications, or marketing. Familiarity with Catholic Church structures, protocols, and practices is also necessary.
