SUMMARY: This position is responsible for supporting and implementing marketing and communications functions.

Content Creation & Graphic Design
Identify and write content (articles, stories, donation appeals, etc.) for print, digital, and social media
Utilize graphic design skills to develop digital and printed promotional materials including, but not limited to, direct mail, advertisements, brochures, graphics, quarterly newsletter, and annual report
Design promotional items such as pens, banners, and t-shirts, for agency and program staff
Observe, follow, and enforce agency branding standards in adherence to CCC style guide
Social Media & Website
Create a comprehensive social media strategy and posting schedule to increase agency visibility and user engagement
Respond in a timely and appropriate manner to website and social media comments and inquiries
Maintain social media schedule and related metrics
Responsible for updating and maintaining the Agency website, SEO, and related metrics
Internal
Develop and maintain current library of marketing collateral (brochures, flyers, graphics, presentations)
Order agency material such as letterhead, envelopes, cards, etc.
Maintain inventory of promotional items at each office location
Timely communication with staff regarding project deadlines, timelines, and requirements
Other
Provide recommendations to the Communications Manager regarding the development of events and marketing activities
Represent the Agency in the community and workplace in a professional and ethical manner
Meets all deadlines as instructed by the Communications Manager
Demonstrate sensitivity to the service population's cultural and socioeconomic characteristics
Demonstrate strong interpersonal, decision-making, problem-solving, oral, and written skills
Utilize a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite applications
Participates in agency events as assigned by Communications Manager or executive leadership.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's Degree required with two years of related experience.
