St. Paul VI Catholic High School is seeking a creative, energetic, and results-oriented professional to serve as its Assistant Director of Enrollment Management.
The Assistant Director of Enrollment Management will work collaboratively with the other members of the Enrollment Management Team on all aspects of admissions and enrollment management. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, guiding prospective families through the admission process, conducting candidate/family interviews, organizing and coordinating various admissions events, development and management of applicant visitation and tour guide programs, and engaging in effective community and recruitment outreach.
A successful candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree, a strong commitment to Catholic education, experience with recruitment, admissions, or a similar field, superior interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated experience with data integrity and management, enthusiasm, a winning attitude, flexibility, warmth, sense of humor, hard working, and a collaborative team player.
