PLANT MANAGER POSITION

Seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee the facility operations of this very active parish.

Responsibilities and Duties: The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, familiarity with modern technology, manage contractors including full-time cleaning and maintenance staff. Implement a preventative maintenance schedule; perform general maintenance functions; coordinate system repairs and monitor system performance; hire and direct contracted service providers associated with facility maintenance/operations; maintain adequate parts inventory and order items as necessary; develop policies and procedures for the use of supplies and facilities; oversee and supervise maintenance staff and janitorial contractors; execute equipment audits and record taking policies; coordinate the implementation of capital projects and major repairs and maintenance with the Pastor; complete work orders in a timely fashion; ensure all vendors have current COl on file; inspect grounds and facilities to ensure they are well-kept and provide a clean, and safe environment; and other duties as assigned. The successful candidate will also ensure compliance with all safety and security protocols, as well as compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Provide support for events and manage the facilities budget and project planning tasks.

Preferred candidate being a practicing/devout Catholic.
