Associate Director of Advancement

Saint John Paul the Great is currently seeking an Associate Director of Advancement: Major Donors & Annual Appeal.

This position reports to the Head of School and is primarily responsible for cultivating relationships with major donors and the development, implementation, & maintenance of the school's annual appeal. Ideal candidate will be an ambitious, confident, self-starter who is a team player and has prior experience in donor development. Superior communication skills both written and verbal are essential to communicate JP's mission, vision, and goals with clarity, passion, and persuasion. This person should be a natural "networker" adept at developing and maintaining relationships. Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
