Sales Associate and Shipper and Receiver

JOB TITLE: Sales Associate/Shipper and Receiver (30 hrs Part Time)
JOB SUMMARY:
The primary responsibility for the Sales Associate for Pauline Books and Media Center is to promote the Gospel message by determining the customer's needs and assisting the customer. They are to show a genuine concern and desire to serve each person with respect. The Sales Associate understands that every customer is every Sales Associate's responsibility. It is the Sales Associate's obligation to know the Catholic faith, the products and different types of customers. This role is accomplished in collaboration with the PBM Center manager.
The Sales Associate position requires that the Sales associate be proficient in both speaking and reading Spanish.
The secondary responsibility for the Sales associate is to attend to shipping and receiving which includes timely, accurate receiving, shipping, and maintaining of records for all products ordered through PBM.
