Saint John Paul the Great is currently seeking a Technology Support Coordinator. The Technology Support Coordinator is responsible for supporting the technology needs of the students, staff, and faculty of Saint John Paul the Great. This includes, but is not limited to, the school's wired/WIFI network, student information system, and GSuite for Education domain. Familiarity with Microsoft and Google domain administration is required. Hardware troubleshooting support includes ChromeOS, Windows 10, and MacOSX devices as well as projectors, copiers, and VoiP phones. Must be self-motivated and able to learn to manage a variety of software systems quickly and independently. Ideal candidate will be a certified google administrator, have familiarity with ChromeOS and MacOS devices, and have managed Aerohive/Extreme (or comparable) WIFI systems. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects. Excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and self-starter are key components for this position.
