The Basilica School of Saint Mary seeks to fill Instructional Assistant Positions

Position HR Classification: 10 month

Supervisor and Direct Report: Classroom Teacher

Hours: 7:30 AM to 3:45 PM during a regular school day.

Overview of the Position:

The Basilica School of Saint Mary seeks educators who enthusiastically embrace the mission of our Catholic school and desire to become dedicated staff members to join our instructional team. The Instructional Assistant will perform a variety of curricular, instructional, clerical, and support tasks in support of instruction for the lead classroom teachers. The Assistant will aid the lead teacher with daily instruction and the management of students in the classroom, cafeteria, playground, and other learning activities and events. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the mission of Catholic education, a bachelor's degree, and a desire to engage in the ministry of Catholic education.
