St. Paul VI Catholic High School is seeking a half-time Physics teacher for the 2022-2023 school year at our new campus in Chantilly, Virginia. Candidates should be able to teach the AP Physics 1: Algebra-Based course. Candidates must demonstrate enthusiastic support for our Catholic witness and mission, zeal for the whole truth of the Gospel, and a deep desire to help our students know themselves in the light of God's love.
We are on a block schedule, so half-time is every other school day. We have a one-to-one laptop program that integrates technology into teaching and learning with teachers and students using laptops on a daily basis in the classroom. Applicants must be willing to teach in this integrated technology classroom environment.
We seek applicants with a degree in a science field. A Virginia teaching license in physics is preferred.
