Saint Leo the Great School is seeking a full-time Technology teacher for grades K-8. Qualified candidates will have a passion for technology and education. The successful candidate will possess an understanding of how all the hardware, software, policies, and procedures fit together in the school's technology implementation to help teachers, staff, administrators, and students use technology more effectively.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Works with the administration to develop ways and strategies to effectively integrate technology into the curriculum. -Provides and maintains a high quality technology support environment for all faculty, staff, and students. -Establishes and enforces information technology standards, procedures, and policies. -Builds and maintains relationships with outside vendors
Skills and Experience -Ability to manage and prioritize tasks and projects -Solid working knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking and related technologies including: Google Chromebooks Experience with educational administrative systems such as, Google for Education Apps, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Google Suite.
