We are hiring an administrative and personal assistant to make some calls to other businesses and complete tasks on behalf of the financial business and mental health counseling business we manage. These will just be standard information gathering calls (not sales calls, there is no selling involved), making lists, compiling simple data etc... There might also be some personal assistant calls and tasks associated to the executive you will be assigned to help with life organization. Small, easy, internet research on certain topics might also be involved. This is part-time remote position, and everything can be done from your home computer. Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and Word program experience is a plus but not necessary. Please note, this is a very part-time position for now, maybe 1 or 2 hours a week and sometimes there may be no hours available. The owners are Catholic and have a laid-back management style!
