High School Social Studies Teacher

Juan Diego Catholic High School is seeking applicants for a full-time Social Studies Teacher for the 2023-2024 school year. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Social Studies, Government, Political Science or Economics and experience as high school teacher. Courses to be taught include; Geography, Ancient Civilization, Western Civilization, Economics, and/or US Government. Applicants must have excellent organizational and communication skills. Applicants must also possess an understanding of Catholic values and have the commitment to uphold them.

Preferred candidates will have a current Utah State Teachers License and have expertise with Google Apps for Education, the PowerSchool student information system, the Canvas online course management system and demonstrated ability to multi-task within a fast-paced work environment including the ability to manage uneven work flow patterns, deadlines, and changing priorities. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
