    Position Overview:
    Agape Catholic Ministries (ACM) is seeking an experienced Leader of Outreach and Communications to develop and execute ACM outreach, communication, public relations, and media services.

    As Leader of Outreach and Communications, your primary responsibility is to amplify ACM's voice and expand our influence, audience, and brand across the U.S. and internationally.

    This position is full-time, fully remote with occasional travel for conferences.

    Core Responsibilities:
    • Engage with US and International (arch)diocesan directors who may benefit from ACM resources.
    • Lead discovery calls with (arch)dioceses who may not know about ACM or to answer any questions diocesan directors may have.
    • Build mentorship and rapport with diocesan directors.
    • Build and grow an affiliate program with dioceses across the US and internationally.
    • Plan, organize, and execute ACM webisode series.
    • Create feedback reports from customer experience and distribute internally and externally.
    • Manage, organize, and lead outreach initiatives for email campaigns.
    • Create a process of using an effective CRM tool to help with outreach needs.
    • Amplify the voice and expand ACM's influence, audience, and brand across the US and internationally.
    • Social Media liaison for the company. (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn)

    Job Skills and Requirements:
    • An understanding and passion for ACM's mission and the ability to promote and communicate our mission and ideas to a diverse audience.
    • A proven track record of expanding audiences using a variety of marketing techniques, with a particular emphasis on email campaigns and social media.
    • The knowledge and ability to develop key metrics that demonstrate ACM's audience growth and impact.
    • Leadership and decision-making skills to help the outreach and communication team continue forward momentum.
    • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills to convey and advance the mission of ACM.
    • A familiarity with diocesan curia and an ability to work with diocesan directors.

    Preferred Candidate will Possess:
    • Bachelor's degree or certification in marketing and outreach
    • Experience in marketing and communications with a successful track record of leading a team in a similar role.
    • Self-motivation skills and an ability to work remotely.
    • Professional decorum, demeanor, and behavior at all times.
    • Respect for co-workers at ACM and commitment to working as a team.
    • Ability to manage multiple short-and long-term projects.
    • Experience with CRM tools, databases, and MS Office applications.
